I have a painful boil?

i have a painful, red, and swollen boil between my legs 1 1/2 inches below my anus.i think it happened when i wiped my butt and went to far down and pulled a hair.. it hurted for a while..then it started itching. It hurts real bad when i walk…it has enlarged now but i have just started taking antibiotics and also have just had a antibiotic shot in my buttocks. I also put a heated pouch with boiled water in it and sits in a hot tub of water for 20 min.(softens it up everytime). No head has occured yet, but will the antibiotics break the boil down and the swelling..if so how long does it take for the boil to come to a head, drain, and heal from the heated pouch, oral antibiotics, and the shot i had. I cannot afford to go to the doc. to get a lance, but i have a stepfather that’s a RN so he takes care of me with antibiotics and more..i have no fever…just pain when i walk…how long will it take. how long does it take for the antibiotics to join together to defeat
