boils and abscess

does anyone know how to treat an abscess or a boil?????

I have a huge either boil or abscess on my inner thigh and it is very painful, swollen and hot ….. I seem to be getting once a month ….. is there anything i can do to stop it or is there anything i can do right now as i can hardly walk as it is sooo painful. HELP !!!!!!
