boils on the body

my dog suddenly got boiles on the body?

i first thought he must have eaten a insect or he must have got a bite from it so.. this happened .my doc gave him some injections which helps to avoid poison .but now she is fine but still the boils r on the body .and she vomits sometimes after her food but this to not regular she plays she is just fine but we dont know when will the boils go … can u tell me wt must have gone wrong …
