constant boils face and back
how do i get rid of these really bad constant zit problem?
im sick to the teeth of them, they’re all on my face, round my neck, down my chest, down my arms and down my back. i cant wash enough to make them go or try to avoid them. im sick of itchy skin n scabs they leave. i hate going out on a hot day n everyone is wearing summer tops n i have to go out with hoodies on because of the zits and red dots im covered in! and when im stressed out i have a really bad out brake of boil sized zits covering my body. they’re not just annoying but they are so painful. i just cant get rid of them, iv had them years and iv had my fill. iv tried all sorts and all they do is clear my skin a little. one thing which did really well was eating fruit and i mean lots of it, but im allergic to it all i can have is the odd berry other wise im in agony. does anyone know what i could try? please help =[
Everyone’s going to tell you a million different things because for everyone there’s something different. I don’t have acne anywhere but my face usually, nice right? All I can say is that maybe you wash too much? doing that can actually irritate your skin and make it worse, I can only wash once a day or I break out and get oily. You shouldn’t wash with burning hot water as some people think it’s appropriate, only warm water. Also, what works for me is a combination of Nuetrogena grapefruit liquid acne wash, and birth control. lol, I take yaz birth control and it clears up my face pretty good, I hardly break out when I’m on it. The Acne wash isn’t so harsh that it dries out my skin, but doesn’t make it oily. It just balances the biuld up of crap. I use benzyl peroxide as a spot treatment when I sleep for the big ones that pop outta no where. Also I think that maybe your skin condition might not be acne, it sounds pretty severe. You should go to a reputable dermatologist. If you do go, tell them every little detail you can think of, and everything you’ve used. it could be the difference between getting the run-of-the-mill teenager prescription creams that only work for the average coming-of-age youngster, or something that really works on severe acne. I know because of all of the doctors and dermatologists I went to, they all gave me pretty much the same thing just with a different name in a different bottle. Seeing as how I am a teenager that’s exceptable, but i’ve had acne since I was nine and it’s been ten years and it doesn’t seem to be going away for good any time soon. Summer months are the worst! I say start simple with any washes you use, dont go for any of that fancy foaming, warming, beaded, stuff, that’s only packaging and advertising. I tried crap like that only to give to give it away to someone else, who would then retire it to the trash can.
