Strange Lump Near female groin area! HELP?

Hi, im a girl and im only 14. and i havent had any sexual contact. Furtherest iv gone is pash.
a few months ago i had a lil bump like a tiny tiny marble on the side near were my leg starts near my genital part(but NOT on actual vagina)
it was just like a little pimple/boil at first and i left it then the other day i noticed that it was about the side of ((((()))) about that < and it felt like it was bruised? and i tried popping it and it jsut went like red and a lil blistery. im really scared iv looked up what it could be and it says syphilis or something but you need sexual contact for that! and iv had none!
iv told my mum she said it might have been a mozzie bite but i dont think it is. and i think we are going to go doctors too.
