Boils,Cyst?

Do you get boils,cyst or carbuncles?I get them around my period and wonder why?They get so uncomfortable sometimes to the point I cry,I have even had to go to the Hospital to get one lanced.I use heat compression and take long hot baths to help sooth and get them to come to a head quicker.I have even been put on antibiotics before because of these.Can anyone tell me what these are caused from and what I will have to do to get them to go away?They said something about surgery to remove the seed but that is expensive.
